The course comprises of 5 x 75-minute online sessions run fortnightly on a Friday morning.

 

Session 1 – Better before Bigger – Why is a different mindset required? – 26 April 2024

 

Session 2 – Your Stakeholders – Why them? – 10 May 2024

 

Session 3 – Your Offerings – Why this? – 24 May 2024

 

Session 4 – Your Differentiators – Why you? – 7 June 2024

 

Session 5 – Your Presentation – What does better look like? – 21 June 2024

The course is limited to a maximum of 6 people to ensure that everyone receives detailed personal feedback and tailored support.

 

  • You will be provided with a course workbook to fill in before and after sessions.

  • Each session will be recorded for your future reference.

  • I will be available via WhatsApp between sessions to answer any questions.

 

Enrolling on the programme is £375 per attendee.
