Manifesto for Inspirational Leadership in 2021: No. 3 – Be curious about what the future can hold

1.      Focus more time on known unknowns. Identify the thinks you know you don’t know and spend time trying to understand them. Only by stepping out of your comfort zone will you make effective improvements.

2.      Find some who can introduce you to unknown unknowns. Together, identify the things you had never previously considered; these can push you into new, exciting areas that seemed impossible or at least inconceivable before.

3.      Keep on questioning until you reach the root cause of your challenges. Diligently seeking answers will reward you in the long run, even if it feels intensive at first. Without understanding why things happen, it is far less likely you choose the correct way to advance.

Do you spend enough time out of your comfort zone?

Have you explored previously unconsidered, new possibilities?

Do you diligently search for answers in your business?
