My one-to-one diary is full, and I want to work with more of you. So in 2027 I'm opening my coaching up to a small group.
I thrived in group coaching on my own journey. A coach to guide you is brilliant. A small circle of people going through the same things, at the same time, makes it so much richer. You get challenge, perspective and the reassurance that you are not the only one figuring it out.
That is what The Leadership Rethink is built around: honest conversation, practical tools, and a group that grows together over twelve weeks.
A session on the tall weeks, space to put it into practice in between.
